QUICK LOCK sleeves are available in diameters DN 150 to DN 700 and lengths of 400 mm (DN 150 – DN 400) and 500 mm (DN 500 – DN 800). Special dimensions are available on request, particularly for plastic pipes with differing inner diameters and pressure pipe rehabilitation. It is the only fitting system available for interior rehabilitation of pipes made of V4A with a compression-based EPDM seal with DIBT Approval No. Z-42.3-374.

Structural engineering

Use of QUICK LOCK sleeves restores the stability of the pipe. This has been determined through structural analysis and in test series.

Causes of damage

Defective pipes are mainly the result of inadequate sealing, tectonic movements and dynamic traffic stress. This is why QUICK LOCK was rigorously engineered to embody permanently elastic properties.
